For every 500 points, you earn you’ll receive a $5 Voucher to use towards your next purchase.
Once logged in, your points balance will be shown on our Wellness Rewards page.
Once you’ve earned enough points, you can redeem them for a cash voucher. You can also use our redeem points slider at checkout to redeem points for a cash discount.
Points expire after 12 months from the date points are rewarded. To ensure you do not lose your points, use all points before expiration.
Your tier status, such as Gold and Platinum is renewed every 12 months from the date you joined the program. To maintain your status, you’ll need to spend the minimum amount over the 12 months. For example, in the case of Gold status, this would mean a spend of $350+ over 12 months, to maintain Gold status.

Approved points can be redeemed immediately, whereas points are shown as pending need to be verified before you can redeem them. The pending points status typically applies to purchases before the 30-day point account deposit. This window is to reflect our ‘love it or return it, 30-day money-back guarantee’. Referral points will also show as pending, awaiting your friend’s first purchase. If you cancel or return a purchase, the points will change from pending to canceled.
